Once we discover more details for your wedding vision, we will book venue tours, accompany you to each venue, and ask all the necessary and often confusing questions to ensure we gather all the necessary information to find the perfect venue for you!

*We will deduct the rate of the venue site visits from the full-service wedding planning package, if you have chosen this package as well.

This package is designed for couples who have planned most aspects of their wedding but require assistance from a trusted professional to finalize the remaining details and coordinate on the Day-Of to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unlimited meetings

• Creation of the detailed wedding day timeline

• Crafting a contingency plan

• Final floorplan review

• Coordinating transportation

• Coordinating logistics of vendor and/or rental arrivals 

• Coordinating/delegating vendor and venue set up and tear down times

• Handling last-minute issues prior to your wedding

• Up to 4 hours of assistance and delegation the day before your wedding, as well as;

• Running your rehearsal

• Coordination on the Day-Of from varying times of arrival until the last scheduled event for a maximum of 12 hrs

• Greeting guests upon arrival

• Guidance and assistance with your ceremony processional and recessional

• Guidance for your wedding party during the ceremony and reception

• Full use of our wedding day emergency kit

• Ensuring that all runs smoothly

• Post event follow-up

*This package includes set up of personal décor and stationery, but all decor provided by the client MUST be out of the packaging and assembled in labeled boxes or totes prior to the wedding planner’s arrival. Additional tear-down services are available at an extra fee.
